Those single leg raises had my hamstrings sore for the whole week and those walk me downs were awful.

Wednesday

800 m run

3 rounds
20 single arm raises
400 m run

7 kbs
7 thruster
100 m run

Thursday
400 m run

15 minutes amrap
5 man maker pushups
5 tricep pushups
150 line hops

15 min amrap
10 push press
15 sit ups
200 m run

Saturday
This was a 3 partner workout and we had to row 6000 m.

250 m row

Partner 2
Kbs
Thruster
Sit ups
Burpees
Jump rope
Push ups

After going down the list you had to pick your 2 favorites because it took about 8 Rounds to complete the workout.
