Thursday’s Workout

I was originally going to post Thursday’s workout plus the Saturday workout but I didn’t end up going to the Saturday workout.

We did 4 rounds of:

  • tricep push ups
  • 20 sec plank

The partner workout consisted of:

  • 800 m run
  • 20 burpees
  • 20 front squats
  • 400 m run
  • 40 burps
  • 40 front squats
  • 200 m run
  • 60 burpees
  • 60 front squats

Then we did an ab workout, which consisted of 3 rounds of:

  • 20 atomic sit ups
  • 20 russian twist
  • 20 bicycle crunches
